Just a stone's throw away from the buzzing Makarska Riva Promenade, this modern and air-conditioned apartment has a special charm. I loved the furnished terrace and the free Wi-Fi access.
Ah, the charm of a hundred-year-old building! Luckily, the original stone walls were only partially retained, otherwise it would have been perfect!

The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town with cafes, shops, and bars all around. It was also within a short walking distance to the marina and the sea. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the private patio, where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. The host was also very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
One small downside was that the apartment seemed slightly smaller in reality compared to the pictures. Additionally, the entrance and hallway were a bit narrow and didn't match the style and finish of the apartment.

Our stay at Old Town Ivo was exceptional. The apartment was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The owner was friendly and provided great information, even giving us a parking card for our car. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, despite being in the center. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to others. a fantastic experience!

The apartment is located in the heart of the charming old town, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. With bars, restaurants, and a bakery just outside, you'll never be far from a delicious meal or a tasty treat. the apartment itself is beautifully designed and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bedroom. the owners are incredibly helpful and kind, even providing essentials like coffee, salt, and sugar.
There were some issues with parking as the hotel claimed to have a reserved spot, but there wasn't one available. the owners did their best to help by finding a free parking space nearby.
